I didn't receive Soul Ash/Cinders on my Torghast Run

Uhmm… Noob question, but this morning I ran Coldheart Interstitia (layer 12) and received my rewards. Then a couple hours later did The Soulforges (layer 12).

I didn’t receive any Soul Ash or Cinders on the latter.

What’s up with that? I thought you could farm cinders and ash??

I logged back in and I received SOME of the soul ash/cinders. Layer 9 amounts… ah well, at least it’s better than nothing.
