Finally got the legendary drop, completed the crafting, did the scenario, and I expected to see the triumphant roar emote go out, and nothing. Didn’t happen… confirmed with guildies, no triumphant roar. I’m disappointed

Did you complete the quest up top of the seat of power? Thats where it happens.
Unless they fixed it recently.
