I was finally able to queue for heroic DF dungeons last night and I ran several of them. I got pieces of heroic item-level gear which my character currently has equipped, if you need proof.
Tonight I log on and I can’t even select Random Heroic (Dragonflight) to queue for it. What the hell changed?

normally if you can’t queue, it’ll tell you why.
Well yes, I know why, it says my average item level’s too low. But I was able to queue for them before. Was that a bug or something? Can’t find anything about it in hotfix notes.
you obviously changed a piece of gear somewhere either accidental or not and and under the 342 i think it is threshhold?
After the last heroic dungeon I did last night, I logged off. I haven’t been on between then and now. Nothing has changed. (Other than my ability to queue for it, of course.)
So, you didn’t loot and equip a single-handed weapon that replaced a two-hander of lower ilvl but you didn’t have anything in your offhand? That’s a pretty common way to unknowingly torpedo your item level.
so you didn’t vendor anything?
or put anything on the auction house?
were you holding on to a high level BoE?
have you checked item restoration to make sure you didn’t accidentally vendor something?
you can physically see your item level. it tells you the item level required. either it was a bug you got in when you did or you accidentally swapped a piece somewhere and lowered your item level. if you are below what it says then its not a bug you aren’t getting in

I haven’t vendored/deleted anything between then and now. Item restoration has no items listed that would improve my item level.
So basically a bug that’s been fixed. I wasn’t supposed to be there in the first place (which is kinda laughable, it was almost TOO easy to tank, but that’s a separate matter). I don’t see anything in the hotfix notes, so guess they just fixed it without saying anything.
They do be doing that sometimes… Unfortunately not all bugs, or fixes makes it into the notes.
Yup I had the same problem. It must of just been a glitch that is fixed now.
I got my ilvl to 343, group finder simply says ‘you cannot queue for this’. I logged out, logged back in, and can now queue.
Had same prob, log out/in fixed.
