Every playerâs level is scaled to 45 and their gear is scaled to item level 50 for the Timewalking Mage Tower. The only benefit to farming old gear is for the sockets. Doing Mage Tower at level 52 with greens is the same as doing it at level 60 with full mythic gear.
Now go solo the Tomb Of Sorgeras, if youre so great.

Wouldnât surprise me the way the scaling works.
50-60 is an experience of getting continually weaker and it doesnât really feel like youâre as strong as you were at 50 until you get to 190 iLvl.

I specifically remember a druid yesterday posting about how his garbage geared 54 druid had more health and damage than his level 60 geard druid, nice try though OP.

except scaling is different for a lower level character 
50-60 would make you stronger in MT the way scaling works.
Since youâd get your Rank 2s and once scaled back down to level 45 and ilvl 50 gear, thatâs the only thing thatâs going to differentiate both toons.
Not in the context of Mage Tower.

Fury is ez though, I took my prot warrior and switched to fury threw on some heirlooms and finished within 5 pulls, and I never play fury. Lots of the others are over tuned, so this proves nothing

i just did this as ele shaman 3 pulls and compared to the twins and fel taruen/worm. it was a joke. Imp mother rolls over.
Iâm not gonna bash you for providing receipts with blatantly obvious attempt to get kudos for doing something we are all struggling to do. Congrats! But as a Holy Priest there is no way in hell I can do the Mage Tower in its current form, with how ridiculous damage is on just phase one. I btw completed the same exact scenario in 2018 on my Holy Paladin so its not like I never did it before. Current Mage Tower is crazy overtuned. And I agree with the comments, I completed the scenario you did on my Fire Mage back in Legion very easily. Agatha was hardly a challenge.

oh yeah unholy was surprisingly easy after i spent so much time on fury. i dont really care for the recolor for either class armor so im probably not going to even bother this time around
how come it a blood elf how come to many elfs in WOW game ! to many of then how bout more TROLL more SHAMAN , more of toren , more of ORC , no alans !
