I think you might like diablo more than wow then tbh
Only Diablo I ever played was 3(was free with something WOW related, expansion maybe?) and I hated it lol
Remix is fun until you realize the entire endgame loop is âget carried by someone who has giga-farmed to the point where they solo the entire mythic raid until you can do the sameâ.
Like I got my red mog, what point is there getting stronger past that?
Iâd wager the vast majority of players prefer this raiding style over current over complicated retail raids.
The problem is we have a 1-5% playerbase dictating what raiding should be like.
A title for a +40 ![]()
I read a book this week but compared to the Sunday comics they are so boring and tedious and long.
M40 for the title and M50 for the FoS.
And if you do all the daily stuff, the raids and quests, currently you get around 10% vers a day. And thatâs currently, once the next raids release we will be doing up to 5 mythic raids a day to get some 15-20% vers a day.
Give it a month of this and you have around 600 vers and be strong enough to solo an M50.
Well, thatâs the purpose to remix⌠the power fantasy, itâs why I call it a meme version of the game.
yup. Iâm already burned out from the raids and mementos grind. And any raid I join, thereâs always at least 1 other person carrying the DPS for the group.
So, like I said. You farm by getting carried by people whoâve farmed til the point where they can solo until the point you can do it as well.
At least with Diablo, when Iâm overpowered itâs me actually playing each individual class that does that damage, not a generic abilities/passives shared between literally every spec.
The vast majority of players prefer not to raid at all. If you asked the vast majority of raiders, your wager would be incorrect.
Blizzard dictates what raiding should be like. The players either play it or they donât.
remix is supposed to be dumbfun speed run.
closest thing to a cheat mode in an online videogame where you can affect others in a positive way ( carrying )
sounds to me like you want to find a single player game where you can do this all the time.
if you find challenge slow and borring. you probably want a more chill game or cheat on a hard one heh.
raiding is literally about overcoming challenges in a group.
Remix is terrible, please leave that garbage over there.
Remix is weird.
Like MoP Remix, youâre just waiting for someone else who spent a lot more time playing it than you, to carry you through all the content, basically.
I get itâs âdumb funâ but doesnât even feel like youâre legitimately playing a lot of the time, just there for a carry to get the bronze for rewards lol.
Maybe thatâs why my motivation with it is generally low.
One reason among many these remix events are a bad idea.
Used to play D2 a lot and then one time I used cheats on single player to give myself cool gear. Then I quit the game forever because once you taste that and the chase is over its hard to go back to the normal grind.
As opposed to running in and zerging bosses down in eight seconds.
Thatâs peak gameplay right there.
Meme or joke version, both acceptable. ![]()
Just shows weâre not all the same. To me, Remix raids are boring because thereâs zero challenge. Theyâre a farce. I much prefer content where how well I play matters.
I never played Legion until Remix, and I donât even know if the bosses have mechanics. We go in, light a boss on fire and theyâre dead in 20 seconds.
Helya is the sole exception due to her forced intermission, although if left to our own devices she would be the exact same way.
Itâs really not fair to compare the two: H Manaforge are actual fights while Lemix bosses, regardless of difficulty, are loot pinatas.
