It is insane, who thought it was a good day to lock characters behind excruciating requirements in an MMO about fun?
Blizzard, when they figured out that:
- People were willing to do it.
- By getting players to do it, their “metrics” skyrocketed.
I am halfway to unlocking Vulpera really isn’t that hard and I main Alliance just takes time is all.
Also I work full time 40 hours a week and still will have them on 8.3 release.
Lulz. No rep in BfA is hard let alone “excruciating”.
its literally months and months away from being released. you have plenty of time. I am primarily an Alliance player, but i am slowly grinding rep for Voldunai ever since it was announced, and I am about halfway through revered. I will admit I am oh so tired of listening to Nathanos blather on about the Alliance is his low, grating voice though. Listening to his vitriol is the worst part about playing horde. I can’t wait for the horde to get cut down to size or for factions to merge. I used to really like them but the new horde is just terrible from a roleplaying perspective. They are incredibly hypocritical.
What?
Wait, you’re the guy who made the thread about Vulpera being too attractive to resist. Of course you’re going to think it’s too hard to just, you know, play the game.
Blizzard is evil for locking the vulpera to pro gamers and people with too much time on their hands
Oh look. It is just vulpera, do you really, really want them. They are nothing special, nothing as good as us Dark Irons.
And doubt you need to spend a ton of time getting the rep. I barely play 4 hours a week and got rep for most of the allied races so far.
Are you sure you don’t mean to unlock one of the troll races?
This is absolute truth. If people stopped doing the grind things would change.
How do you not have vulpera rep unlocked already?
Dark Iron is the ONLY allied race I have the heritage armor for. They are the best allied race by far.
Lets be serious. If you find getting these reps “excruciating” then you really need to take a break from the game. That’s just a really unrealistic word to use for something that you might have had done over a year ago if you played even weekly.
I do sympathize with Alliance only players who would like to unlock vulpera though.
Horde can unlock both, but Alliance would need to level a horde to do so.
All I can offer is my experience. I used my BFA boost for an Alliance DK and slowly leveled it and got things like reputations etc done.
Just unlocked Dark Iron last night, but it was a great experience when I finally did.
Either way, don’t make demands.
That’s not going to get you what you want.
Look at it this way.
You have multiple months before Vulpera are playable.
Get to it.
Good luck with that.
You will get that in 2 expansions with Timewalking BfA.
But for now the Vulpera are only for the people who decided to put in the “effort” (there was no real effort involved, just a lot of waiting then doing 4 world quests, then waiting some more).
Well, I am absolutely certain this is a sign of the apocalypse, but I agree with Metro.
Hell I do not even have that yet. TBH I have no clue what this character originally even was. I lost track on the 40th race change. im close tho….my baby dark iron is lvl 21.
Roll you a fresh DI warrior. Easy to level and an amazing class. Very fitting for a dwarf
Hyperbole much?
Pretty sure the OP is fishin and he got some bites.
