I saw someone on this in beta yesterday.
The colours really suck lol. Good thing we’re getting reskins from other sources, and Im sure the other seasons will have better colours. SL and DF both had the worst version of their KSM mounts in S1.

Use a mount as a location tool like Niffen quests
I mean we can add it to archeology stuff. A mini dig dug. Mine sweeper. Expound on statue rebuild like in Zaralek caves,
Do a silly side scroller thing like in Mario 2:
We dodge bad guys. Crabs or spiders. Escape with a key. Incorporate a different version of wall climbing like skills

We can make mounts walk on water, we can make them give us a parachute if we dismount in the air… honestly we could probably give ground mounts rocket boots to fly and make flying mounts faster so…why couldn’t we have more things? I mean it’d be cool to have multiple mount equipment slots so I can use water walking and the parachute one at the same time as kinda sick of all the mechanics lately that forcibly dismount you mid air

I remember this old game. Buying parachutes for my tank. But really, Blizz could really go ham on mount upgrades.
Parachute. Booster pack. Use mount to rocket up high quickly. Swim faster under water.
Dig tunnels or through walls. Get sharper tools to dig through harder substances through research or world drops.
Race to dig down first. Like a vertical Sega CD sewer shark. Take the safe tunnel or reach a dead end.
Sky or ground isn’t the limit
I recall that game too, always was a fun game to play…think there is a game like it on Steam now but the tanks aren’t all different colors like that in it sadly

Yeah, I’m showing my age lol. I suppose if anyone has played Deep Rock Galactic, maybe there are fun ideas there.
I’m just out there brainstorming ideas that Blizz can do. A dig version of Torghast. Anything. Give it a challenge mode

Also played Deep rock galactic myself, the hover boots would be great to see happen as they stop you from dying if you fall off a high surface and not many folk except maybe DH, Evoker, and Druids…maybe mages or paladins…got things to survive long drops
