No it isn’t.
Difficulty is stagnant.
Raiding has
LFR - easy
Normal - medium
Heroic - difficult
Mythic - extreme.
That difficulty is set in stone. The only thing that has relative difficulty is how some people pick up classes/roles differently.

yea a group of NPCS they are all NPCs right? ive never seen a person in real life play wow so its a single player game cant change my mind.
thats how people treat wow and treat the people they are grouped with NPC that will do everything for them
I’m pushing for CE and 3k and I don’t find the game to be “too easy”. I don’t have either yet.
I do find heroic raid to be more fun that mythic raid and doing +10s when people are vibing to also be really enjoyable. 13s when I do get invited are pretty stressful and it always feels like people are just ready to explode on each other with insults and flame.
I’m just waiting for Blizzard to buff misc. mechanica drops which has nothing to do with end game group content, lol. That right now is my biggest complaint.
The only place I take issue with the challenge experience is delves, which are intended to provide some level of challenge. I used to mythic raid years ago, climb M+ score and all that. But I would toss it back to you, do you believe people should play content that doesn’t presently interest them to find engagement or should all branches of content provide a test of skill others do?
There are so many difficulty levels available it’s pretty crazy to suggest that it’s either extreme.
“Game is too easy” = “I don’t do the hard content”, and it’s typically just neko trying to flex how big-brain they are that everything bores them, yet never attempts harder content.
“Game is too hard” = “I want rewards that are out of my reach”, and it’s almost always about getting mythic gear since hero track is VERY attainable by vast swathes of the playerbase given some time. There is already so much runway to improvement that it comes off as merely wanting free gear for nothing.
There are valid criticisms to make about the archaic UX and new player experience and how they are supposed to learn the most basic stuff without outside resources, but that’s almost never the actual complaint.
I blame my lack of skill on my health and genetics. I’ve been way healthier than now and I still sucked. I am just worse than ever now that my health has greatly declined.
I will probably never go over 1800 rating and that’s okay. I just wanted the elite set and vicious saddle mount, anyway.
nerf draenei into the ground.
What?
Speak coherently please.
It means that people dont treat others with respect and dont value others time or enjoyment. They treat others as they would a npc
we made them into a road once. cant get any more into the ground than that
I am not saying you.
But generally, I find the people that often say this or something similar to this are people trying to pug solo, and only mean it about themselves.
They want others to value their time and enjoyment. But do not want to value everyone else’s time and enjoyment.
I mostly run with guildies but i still say it because its the same thing that happens in other games like league, overwwtch etc. People begin acting like the only real human and the main charecter and not as a team trying to get a common goal done.
I don’t think it’s that simple.
Like I’ve argued that TW and normal dungeons are too easy. I don’t need KSM or CE to hold the opinion that at the very minimum boss mechanics should at least matter a little. Not that TW/Normal should be hard, of course not, but right now they’re trivial.
And that’s not me arguing that the game as a whole is too easy, just one aspect of it.
The game itself is fairly easy, I have no issues at all in the mythic/raiding I do
The most difficult part is finding the other players who also do not have issues doing that
The game is easy for people who have large groups of friends, structured groups, and guilds actually prepared to do that content. But, as a solo player, that sort of system feels like its dying.
Watching guilds rot out and people fall off or leave is normal, but the last few expansions just feel worse about it for some reason. It’s harder and harder to maintain a 20 man roster for Mythic too.
The actual difficulty, outside of World First pushing and running the hardest push keys, is just fighting the roster boss. And as someone that has to push solo due to the guild not being ready to do the content I’m prepared for, the hard part of the content is dealing with the community that pugs. Between dealing with the eternity to get into a group and half of the groups being a mess, you’re just rolling RNG dice that people keep it together at 12’s and higher.
There is enough difficulty variance in the game that everyone should have some point where it is too easy and some point where it is too hard. The real complaints come from people that are below maximum rewards but have hit their skill ceiling.
Wouldn’t say hard or easy, but tedious that’s something i feel wow has become. Its like a weekly lists of chores. You have to do your weekly, then m+ and delves to get starter gear, then refarm the same gear but higher tracks, while farming 2 different kinds of upgrade materials at the same time. Would rather have less chores to do, and have more alts at endgame personally
I challenge thee to spell challenge correctly
