it was nice when you basically got it for free w/ artifact but even then it’s only real use was for xylem p3 during legion

survival continues the theme of being a zany bomb man that steals concepts from BM i guess
it might be worth buffing with all the other talents that you can buy into /shrug
considering there are far more ways to buff RS id say going into that is way more worthwhile
no lacerate return makes me sad tho
