Ever since I played WC3 as a kid I thought the eredar were cool, and upon learning that a variant of them would become playable in BC, I longed for the day that I’d be able to play as one of those fel-casting eredar from WC3.
Well, the day is nigh upon us, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll finally be able to put my HFC Archimonde transmog pieces to proper use. Now I’ve just got my fingers crossed that we get the red eredar skin option.
Thank you for making Draenei warlocks happen, Blizz. It’s always been my most desired race/class combo, and I can’t wait to play one.

Would you, if given the opportunity choose to play an unaltered Eredar instead? Imagine that they DID flee Argus with The Prophet Velen but got separated on the way before they went through the process that turned them into Draenei. Due to Kil’Jaden’s fixation on hunting down Velen this group was simply missed and able to survive on their own somewhere. When finally encountering The Burning Legion it was through a random invasion of their world, but Sargeras was defeated before the invasion gained traction and then the Illidari showed up through the portals the Legion had used, and contact is made. Add new playable race with Choose able affiliation like the Pandaren are.
It’s going to be great. Mint green with pink hair, and prominantly displayed tats! Velen’s gonna have a stroke.

I’m gonna pass.
If they lack Red Eredar looks from WoD and Legion then they’re a waste of time.
The icing on the cake would be adding the Man’ari as a Horde allied race and the Grimtotem for Alliance.

Probably, yeah. Draenei and their culture are cool, but my main interest in the race is due to their eredar origins, so I’d play an Argus-era, non-light-affiliated eredar if possible.
