I cannot strafe with Q and E at random points, I just queued for a dungeon and when I zoned in I cannot move to the side, strafe, to the left or right, with Q or E, I reloaded the game, it didn’t work, I used /reload, it didn’t work, I closed the game and reopened it, it didn’t work, nothing works, your game is broken, I alt tabbed and typed and Q and E on my keyboard is working, it’s not my keyboard
I zoned out, unable to use Q and E, I hopped on my dragonriding mount and flew in the air and landed and was able to use Q and E to strafe, I teleported back into the dungeon and Q and E strafing stopped working, at that point I closed the game to play something else.
Just wanted to add some extra to this.
As it happens when you zone it happens if you go to Stormwind though the portal. Once you are over there you can not only not strafe but holding space no longer lets you ascend while flying or swimming. It is making play near impossible I can barely fly in non dragon riding zones like this as my mount jumps so shallowly it doesn’t take off it just lands again.
EDIT-
Temp fix found. After you do your typical fly up and back down with dragon gliding to temporarily fix it. While you have it “fixed” reload your UI and then exit the game. When you reenter you can zone and maintain the use of strafe/fly up on standard mounts/swim up/ect.
Blizzard has already talked about this problem on the forums with the UI and keybinding.
Everytime I load wow after closing it, I have to put the dragonriding skills back on the the action bar.
