Ive been to both Dalarans and I dont get a prompt from either khadgar to set off for Khaz Algar neither did I get a campaign mission prompt for it when I hit seventy, idk if being in the legion campaign is messing with it especially since i never chose the legion campaign when timewalking it just stuck me into it and i also talked to chromie to travel to current timeline so i no longer have access to timewalking on this character i just want to start the war within and it seems im kinda locked out from it.
make sure to check your quest log, in case the quest snuck in there without you noticing.
take a look in your adventure journal to see if the starter quest is in there.
did you try going to stormwind?
ive been to stormwind but i havnt talked to any npc there, this is my first time there so if there is another khadgar there then i didnt know.
you shouldn’t need to talk to anyone, the quest should automatically trigger.
if it doesn’t, try the other options
That is odd. Upon reaching level 70 you should be taken out of Chromie Time (if you’re in it) by Chromie with her pointing you to the start of the breadcrumb quest that leads to the current expansion.
If I remember right, you should be prompted to start it by simply arriving in your capital SW/Orgimmar via a message that plays, but I know how iffy phasing can be. Heck, took me a while to get access to the Rift for Noct to get the Heritage Armor since the portal wasn’t there in SW. (Granted, she was a Mop Remix Timerunner so that might have done it, but still.)
I would double-check the map to see if there’s no shield quest in the city. Maybe log out and back in on the character in the capital as I know I had to do that on my Evoker to get the breadcrumb quest for the secret Augmentation Evoker pet in Dragonflight.
Yea ive been logging in for the past couple days to try different things and no breadcrumb quest, khadgar doesnt give me anything, dont really know what to do and idk if an in game ticket would even help cause they said they dont get back to you so i would know if I received the quest
It would help a lot if you list the things you HAVE tried, otherwise people are just guessing and trying to throw out random suggestions.
Have you checked:
- your quest log?
- your adventure journal?
- Chamber of the Guardian?
and probably most important of all… have you purchased TWW?
because if you haven’t, you’ll be restricted to Dragonflight as the highest level content.
(figured it was worth asking, sometimes the stupidest questions are the most important ones) 
ok welp, no i havnt purchased it, i figured since midnight is in beta and is gonna be the next expansion to come out TWW would be free, atleast thats what i assumed, were would i even buy it i only see Midnight anyway unless the two are interchangeable so thats my bad.
it will be free, once Midnight launches.
possibly even with the pre-patch?
but right now, purchase is still required to access TWW content
