For some reason the Undermine quest line wont appear for me. I dont know if i need to finish the Dornogal Questline first or not and i cant find anything to tell me either way. If anyone knows how to get this to start id really appreciate it. and no, the NPC that gives “When Opportunity Explodes” is nowhere in sight
