I think they make her bigger so we can all see her easier and at a distance. Same thing was done with Tirion back in Wotlk.

I remember when Tirion Fordring was 12 feet tall, dwarfing even the 9 foot tall Sylvanas and Jaina.

I get that but tbh i feel like i wouldnt miss any of the NPCs, we have map markers and they already got special models that stand out

It does kind of play hob with my immersion.
Like, I get it for raids, but when Magni is like 3 times the size of one of my dwarves, I start to feel overshadowed. Literally.

They generally only do this in raid level events… otherwise they’re normal sized.
nu uh, in the open world they always are oversized
