I can't send mail between my toons

I don’t know what is going on right now but I can’t send mail between my diferent toons. It is frustrating. I thought it was the game so I did the alt-f4 log in again but mail is still not working.

To be clear I am filling all that needs to be filled.

What’s happening when you try? Do you get an error message? Does it ignore the “Send” button? Does it time out after trying?
