Yeah, I’m having this issue as well… hope it’s fixed soon! I really wanted my timerunner to be on retail for the new update

Still nothing here as well.
Blizzard need to fix this ASAP. A lot of people create character to this moment in Remix and its not being able to play then.

ugh. same here. I opened a ticket and they basically told me to figure it out myself. Thanks, Blizzard!

. I was hoping to wake up to good news and enjoy the new stuff on my new character that I want to enjoy on retail. I wonder why they keep having bugs with this feature this isn’t the first time it doesn’t work.
Wow, I sent a ticket and was completely brushed off by the GM.
A GM isn’t going to do anything about a bug. Your “brush-off” probably said to report the bug, because nothing will help until the developers fix it.

No, see, that’s not what happened. Assumptions are dangerous.
What the GM actually said was:
“A few weeks ago this function was disabled, but we have the information at the moment it should already be working correctly.”
Which, in my experience in Technical Support, is sometimes referred to as “BSing to get rid of the problem as quickly as possible”.
So the awareness of the issue hasn’t permeated the CS org. I suppose it’s not surprising. It’s a beast with a very slow nervous system.
Fact remains, though. Nothing will change until the devs fix it.
No, duh. And you can’t make a snowman without snow.
But the way you raise the urgency level of a problem is to make more reports of the issue.

They give me a response in my ticket
They said that the devs are look into this.
They also said that we should report this in the bug part of forum.

Its insane. They sent me in circles with useless links to solve “my issue”. They are throwing me for a loop. I just want to play my remix character in retail now. I’ve been waiting for the update to convert and now i cant play at all.

The last response I got on my ticket was:
“It seems like there might be a technical hiccup with the feature itself, and I want you to know that the development team is aware of similar reports and is actively investigating the situation.”
Take that as you’d like.

I got a GM response that says it was unintentionally disabled in the last patch and there’s no timeline the GM can give for a fix because it’s up to the development team to produce those updates. It does sound like they’re aware of it.

Mine is just disconnecting. I’ve tried to transfer her over a couple times now and each time I hit the button it just insta disconnects me.
Posted in another of these but chiming in to say ‘same’. Button is present, toon is available to convert, it is the correct server and it just DCs over and over.
