Same issue here, disconnected immediately when trying to convert. Was able to convert a character a couple of weeks ago with no issue

Yeah I’m having the same issue. Just disconnnects as soon as i click the are you sure? button. “sigh”

Same issue here, blizzard responded to my ticket with a clearly pre-made response sending me a link to the generic troubleshooting guide which had nothing to do with the issue. Such a joke..

They are aware but no time frame for a fix. They have a post on Twitter but I can’t copy/paste anymore.

Can’t get Support option in-game to work, but damned if the shop isn’t up and running.
Tried to put a ticket in through blizzard net, come to find, “they’re aware and investigating it” which probably means they’ll put it off till the end of the Remix event, putting everyone’s alts in jeopardy. Fk, I hate blizzard support.

Yeah, I leveled multiple toons for class race combinations I wanted to play going forward or to farm up transmogs, only for them to now all be trapped in remix.

Of course they post it to twitter…. I didn’t even know that place was still around since it’s paywalled to look more then a few posts a day.
I really was just hoping for a general ETA when they will fix this even if there was no guarantee just so I can plan accordingly. If its not going to be fixed till the end of Lemix I might as well just level a new character on retail but if it is going to be fixed soonish I can wait … I hate not being able to plan things…

A blue post would be nice! However, now the option is disabled. So… it’s a waiting game.
The button isn’t showing up for me either. Hopefully it’s fixed soon. I leveled a new main in lemix, specifically because I could convert him. Now he is just sitting there with nothing to do. Would hate for this to go on all weekend….
Zepbit has evolved into Zepbyte I got tired of being in the unknown bit the bullet and leveled on retail wasn’t bad with all the extra XP modifiers right now, took me ~6.5 hours just insta queing as tank. With my luck though, they will fix it tmwrw lol
