Every time I die (specifically, in Ardenweald), It won’t let me release spirit, and I have to wait 6 minutes until it releases for me…is this intended? because I tried the stuck feature and it gave me an error too…

This is often caused by addons. Try relogging into WoW when this happens or temporarily disable addons. You can also try typing this into the in-game chat: /script RepopMe()
If none of that helps then a full UI reset would be best. You can reinstall the addons again once this is resolved.
