I can't post/reply to threads on the forums

I made a post earlier this week explaining that I couldn’t create post or engage in threads other than the bug category.

I tried adding on to my earlier post, but because I was the last to comment I cannot respond that my attempts to fix it failed. I’ve logged in and out many times, even logged out for a day and then back in. No luck… Any more ideas from anyone? I have a lot of things I wanna ask, and I know I’ll want this issue fixed before Shadowlands launch.

yeah, I’m trying to report a weird bug and am told to go to forums, but there’s no place or way for me to submit my bug. Which is, I signed out of wow, to DL a couple of addons (I reset UI, ran scan and repair). I’m signed into Blizzard, but not WoW. While I’m searching for the addons, a screen pops up and says I’ve been D/C from WoW. Happened 4 or 5 times. And it’s while I’m searching for the addons, it happens and interrupts what I’m doing.
