I cant log in, kick me on the loading screen

I have been getting this problem the past two weeks, suddenly from nowhere i am in with a character and get kicked out, when i try to log in back in the middle of the loading bar appears me this error

a streaming error has ocurred wow51900322

some people belive it was a corrupt file in the map but it isnt, other characters can go to the very exact place where the fisrt character got stuck and walk around and even connect and disconect without problems in the same place

then i ask blizz to move the character to orgrimmar and the character still cant, because the problem seems to be the log in process, not the zone

anyone knows how to solve that problem ?

and repair tool is a complete waste of effort, still teling me “whoops, something broke, try restarting battle net” every time, even after re install it

and the past two weeks all blizz support service have been telling me is “i move your character to a safe zone” ignoring completely what i said that the problem is the log in process, not the zone

i desintall the game and re intall it and solve it, but have done it two times by now but download 120 Gb every time this error decides to show up is not a solution

Wow that sucks. I really really wish I could offer you some helpful advice on this problem but I can’t. But I did feel to let you know that getting stuck and not getting to log back in seems to happen to some others at least.

I’ve had a key ruined because a healer had an issue like you in mechagon. They were in voice with the tank who was communicating with us the whole time and said the game just wouldn’t let them back in. He had rolled down into the pipe after the first boss died.

Also as a mage there are a few spots now that I KNOW not to blink by now. I simply blink thru the map and disconnect and sometimes it won’t let me back in for a little. In the underpin delve when you first enter it for example. Just don’t do it. And also in the floodgate dungeon past the bridge that bubbles is on. I’ve fallen through the map twice from blinking.

This is just me sharing my experience that maybe it’s not on your end? Possibly it could be, but maybe certain actions in different spots can affect how a character interacts with a map?

but it must be a very reduced numer, because only heard of people having that error on Dragonfly times

if there were more people having that issue i think more topics about it would exist, and the problem is that i really cant log in no metter the time i wait, have wait even 4 days and the character still stuck

Have you posted in the Technical Support forum?

Start with the usual suspects:

  1. Exit game
  2. Delete cache folder inside the retail folder
  3. Do a full UI reset

And if you haven’t done this yet… follow the steps in here:

Not sure what the error message means but yeah maybe technical support has somebody there that can offer ideas too. Though you have already taken a lot of steps to try to fix it yourself.

Maybe also try checking your drivers and operating system is up to date?

but doesnt makes sense why one specific character cant log in and others can, i think i have all up to date too

maybe the program i am using for drivers is not doing a good job, do you have any suggestions ?

Yes it does. One character ran into a bug in the game. Usually it’s a UI bug.

It has nothing to do with drivers. Follow what I linked.

Have you talked to a GM yet or have you just gotten auto-responses?

I had this problem once awhile back. I was sol until the game decided to move me unfortunately.

this actually solved the problem, but just run into another problem now :confused:

this time i try to move to the townlong steppes zone in pandaria, and got stuck again, and then go with another character to test if something happends or i also can run freely again there while the first one is stuck and the second character also got stuck too

then go with a third and also got stuck, so, this time seems to be a problem with the zone

but here is a hint, i can enter in the borders of the zone, but when a enter into a specific area of the zone i got kicked out, like when you get close to a village, when the name appears on the middle teling you are in a specific area of a zone

all previous characters that got moved to orgrimmar can now log in back, but anyone who gets close to the townlong steppes is now stuck, do you have any idea what could solve that ?
