I have never reported a bug before. But I am not able to play with this Monkey following me around everywhere. I can’t see through him and I can’t target or select mobs with him in the way constantly. HOW can I remove him from the game? This is irritating and I want Blizzard Support to help. I pay a lot of money every month for this game and I’m irritated with this stupid monkey!!
He should have a quest for you. Complete it and he will stop following you around.
Edited to add: he’s tied to the Dragon scale Expedition group so check if any of your quests in your log involve them, if he doesn’t have one currently available.

The devs fell in love with the idea that some tiny animal representative of one of the many factions in the game needed to appear at your side as soon as you dinged some faction level, follow you around until you accept the quest to collect your rewards for that new level of faction reputation, and keep following you around until you went back to the faction headquarters and turned the quest in at the reputation keeper NPC.
So go back to the Dragonscale Expedition Base Camp and turn in the quest to Cataloguer Jakes. This is the only way to get that danged monkey to stop tailing you.
