So I am trying to get into the battlenet app on my Android, and, after the login screen, I get sent to the blue authenticator screen. It has the big Blizzard icon at the top, then it says, "Check your Authenticator for request , and below that, it has a picture of someone tapping the green accept button on a cellphone screen, and beside that, it says, “Tap Approve on your Device to continue.” It has a few more items on the screen, but hopefully, you know which screen I am referring to.
When I Accept the authenticator, it does not move off of this screen, nor is there a button to continue. Am I missing something? Or is it glitched out? Is there something I am supposed to be doing besides this to move on from this authenticator screen? Someone please help! T_T
