I can't get on my level 1 character and can't delete it because of MAIL on it

I can’t get on my level 1 character. It disconnects me from the server after I select her and I can’t delete her because of MAIL on it…

Maybe support could help with that. Seems like the character needs some sort of reset.

Log into another toon and use the Self Service Unstick feature found under Support in the Esc menue. It will teleport your toon to the nearest graveyard.
