I cant get "bloodsail orders"

I was doing the quest “Details of the attack” in retail WoW I did everything but when I got to the part wear I had to get “Bloodsail orders” It wouldn’t show me wear on my map so I looked up a walk through on youtube it showed that it was suppose to be on a box next the the tent but when i looked it wasn’t there so i cant complete the quest

I found it just inside the tent. 45.03, 79.52

I know this is late, but for anyone else who happens to Google this, you can also find them in the little boat in the water near the encampment!
