Can't fish in Isle of Dorn

Seem there is a bug with fishing anywhere within Isle of Dorn. Within seconds after I cast, the channel just stops. No errors or anything show up. I’ve tested it on two characters with addons disabled. I’ve gone to the other zones and have tested there and I can fish just fine in Hallowfall, The Ringing Deeps, and Azj-Kahet.
