I cant complete The Weak Link quest cause I cant talk to the Runecarver,

Its the Primus npc even if its the same as the Runecarver but I cant turn in the quest only to Runecarver(finished the zm campaign first on alt)

same here, I did the zerith mortis story line after boosting a new toon and now unlocking the lego crafting story line and after the fiery chains unlocking part, he disappears and I cannot move the quest line forward. Therefore I am unable to unlock legos… >.<

same here, unable to turn in or accept quests from primus on my boosted shaman

I already have the forgotten one achivement
Now i cant turn in the quest

I was able to abandon the quest and accept it again - it fixed the same issue I was having as you described. Also done on an alt as well.

turn in the quest reality’s doorstep and it should fix the problem

Speak to Bolvar in Zereth Mortis… completing Reality’s Doorstep will unlock it
