I can’t claim my game time token, I bought it and kept it in my bag, in the article it explains that you can claim the game time token when the game time runs out, but there is no game time claim display on my main screen
Just to clarify: you bought the WoW Token from the auction house, yes? Because if you bought the Token in the game store, you can’t use that for game time. You have to sell it on the AH for gold.

i has something similar happen a few days ago, i usually wait for my game time to run out then it just asks to take gold from my account to buy a token - it said i didnt have enough gold on the account (even though i know i had way more than 1 tokens worth )
… was solved by logging into another realm then logging back into my main realm (which then allowed me to buy a token with in game gold)

I’m also experiencing the same issue. I bought a token from the AH a few days before my subscription expired knowing I was not going to be playing for some time and expecting to redeem the token once I was able to come back to the game. But now I just get an error saying I need active game time when trying to login to the account… I’ve redeemed tokens in the past in Retail version in the same manner, bought Token from AH > Game time expires > comeback to game and login > redeem token and continue my journey, so not sure why the difference here?
Update - I’m a dummy… figured out the issue on my end was that I was attempting to login to “WoW Classic” instead of “MoP Classic” which contained the token I bought from AH. Had to click the drop-down and select MoP, do the update, and was able to login fine and redeem my token.
