40 kinds of Anima
20 different korthia/maw items and research
Hearthstones, travel items, food, potions/flasks, etc…
Gear sets.

Korthia went full Mechagon for drops and bag space and it’s frustrating that we are doing that again.

Do you guys just have 16 slot bags or something lol

I carry around so much junk (other gear, PvP stuff, teleports, bla bla bla) and still don’t run out of room frequently

Korthia being Korthia.

yet they did not increase bag size. imo having to turn in anima is just a pain, it doesn’t add any fun to the game at all and instead adds frustration. I dread korthia because I’m constantly calling my yak

I ain’t complaining, I’m loving the extra anima and other stuff. Make use of alts and bank toons, so easy to make a bank toon with a guild/vault. Stick that stuff away, problem solved.

90% of what’s in my bags is soulbound.
All the new Korthia drops, anima and gear for 3 specs.
If we had better storage that would be great but after 16 years my bank is stuffed and my bags are full.
All this new BoP clutter is inexcusable when we have a currency tab and most of it is currency.

You’re probably carrying a metric crapton of stuff you don’t need or you’re running bags from like three expansions ago.

That’s the general state of my bags and I can pare that down significantly by turning my anima in, mailing my lockboxes to a Rogue and actually learning that Conduit sitting in my bags.

This is like having a clean shave

If I had the bag space to carry a full pack of Nogginfogger, I would.

Why do we even have to deposit anima?

Just make it clickable and then it goes into the tank, jesus blizz.

I’m not a fan of the bag management game. It’s always been one of those annoying factors for every MMO I have played.

Consumes, gear sets, TONS of keys to shadowlands stuff, torghast/maw items like stygian dowser, stuff like reaves battery, even more consumes, and of course anima/research, gear

Honestly, at this point, I’m surprised they haven’t introduced a way to remotely deposit anima, even if through a purchasable item.

It’s so lame. I gotta fly all the way out to my Covenant to deposit things that are taking up 14 bag slots THAT ARE ALL THE SAME THING!

My “pure” DPS characters always have more bag space.
Anything that fills different roles has significantly less.
I open world as MDPS. I dungeon as heals or RDPS. The times I feel like raiding, LFR or higher, I heal.
Each spec needs different trinkets, weapons, secondary, etc…
I’m always jealous of the bag space my Mage, Rogue, Warlock and Hunter have. Rogue has the most stuff of those 4 thanks to two sets of weapons.

It’s just like the hearth stones. Why do they even take a slot up in the bag? Why?! The crap that clogs up your bags is utter bs.

That’s not actually from a pure class. My Warlock has less space cause I carry around a bunch of engineering crap.

The trick to having more space is to actually organize your crap and then go through and judge what you do and don’t need. Also getting into the habit of having a bank alt who exclusively sits at a mailbox and just mailing all your trade goods to them so you don’t end up with like 30 slots taken up by all the random meat and herbs and leather that the Covenant bags give you.

The absolute worst loot system is when you farm old content for mogs and even if you don’t want clutter your bags, they mail you everything. Even add-ons don’t solve this cause the addon will delete my actually raid gear.

The trade goods usually aren’t a problem. I toss em in my personal guild bank when I need to, sometimes mail them to my AH character.
Most of the stuff I carry is BoP so sending it off doesn’t work.
I can’t just destroy it because I need some of it for various mounts I’m working towards like the Golden Hand. Always have a stack of Goblin Gliders on hand. 4 off-spec trinkets, weapon+shield for ele and resto. 2 extra legendary(1 equipped, 2 in bags).
All this stuff from Korthia is really eating up my bag space. Keys, rift stones, teleporter kits, 10 different kinds of research and anima after 20-30m of rare killing and questing.
I have some new gear I’m waiting to upgrade when I can afford it.
I usually keep a couple of things for when TW is active, I trimmed way down on that recently though. Just keep the MoP cloak and HoA. Banked the legiondary items and BiS trinkets/gear.
Food, hearthstones, teleport items.

It just all adds up and getting showered in all these tiny anima and research bits isn’t helping.

*edit- I had to stop carrying “fun” stuff a while ago. Luckily most of it is slowly getting converted to toys like my Murloc Costume and stuff.
