I cannot tame Nalak because there are people camping him 24/7

I cannot tame Nalak because there are people camping him 24/7. His spawn time is way to long to allow people to get to him. there have been numerous times where i could have tamed him if he had a 1 or 2 min respawn time. There is no reason to have a 15 minute spawn time on world bosses since you can only kill them once per week. if you are not going to modify Nalak then please add a Thundering cobalt dragon somewhere else in the world so we can tame him.

Sounds like a personal problem.

The only beasts hunters have a right to are the ones that only drop a tear mentioning they could’ve been a hunters pet.

Outside of that it’s fair game. Do what every hunter since Vanilla did when trying to tame a rare, log in during off peak hours or simply wait until new content comes out that pulls the masses away.

Or how about maybe dont tame world bosses that drop mounts ?

Is he a special model? I can’t remember the last time I got a good look at him before he was broken heap on the floor.

I bet that there’ll be 95% fewer people camping him.

And if you still run into people, go get him at 2am server time.

Try and find someone on a low pop RP server to group with, have them lead so you’re pulled onto their realm.

Direct your anger at blizzard on that one. I have never tamed a raid boss on mine but I may start taming this one over and over again due to this thread. :slight_smile:

your best bet is to play early in the morning and server hop til you get lucky with a low pop server. this is always going to be a hard tame since it drops a mount.

Turn on WM. When I tamed him in that there was nobody there.

I got mine during Chromie timeline leveling I guess I lucked out. But I agree there should just be another similar model somewhere

That’s a good idea. I bet Chromie time + WM would be really empty.

But he’s level 50 so that won’t work, I don’t think.

Yeah my hunter was just an alt I decided to level for SL… sorry not sure of an easier max level way. Again he really should have another model somewhere even if it’s hard to get just require time or a quest chain

I have Nalak as a mount so hence i want the Pet to match it.

I got mine using WM on a Monday morning, might want to give that a try. Got Huolon the same way.

remember; world bosses were world bosses before they were tameable.

Blizz should give hunters the pet automatically if they get the mount.

Turn war mode on. It’s usually desolate.

If you really want to tame these pets party sync with a low level. no one does these bosses in chromie time.
