I have done the 4 pre-requisite quests, paid my dues and it is just not there? I see players running in and disappearing, so it IS there, I just, cannot see it?
Does anyone know why or what exactly needs to be done to make it show up? New alt, currently zero charged cells and 59 to be charged with no way of charging them.
The charging station isn’t up every day. It’s one of several projects that are chosen randomly upon daily reset.
I know that much and it is up today, the repeatable quest is there, I paid, got my buff and as I said, see players running into where it should be and disappearing, so it is most certainly up today.
Today is the do whatever day where everything is up.
Well, there’s definitely some funky phasing going on with the battery charging station. I watched it slowly blow up the other day due to an invisible mob.
It’s annoying more so that I cannot see it rather than having spent spare parts, I need the cells more on an alt than I do the parts at this point.
Others on Wowhead have also noted this, but no where can I find why.
Still a problem for some of us today 10/6/2019 
Having the same problem on one of my characters. Not sure what the deal is, I never had this issue before, but this is a new character and I just did the intro quests yesterday.
As the OP said: I see people running into the area where the station would be, but they disappear, and I can see them run out again. I could pay to have access to the charging station as she has the daily up, but the station itself is invisible. I don’t even see the enemies that would be attacking it.
I have the quest to help build it but its always built by the time Im on, seems like a terrible quest to have
Same for me. I submitted a bug report. If the NPC gives the quest, the charging station should be there, otherwise, we got scammed. lol

I had this happen to me.
I turned on warmode to swtich my phase server thingy and I saw it then.
Yeah i just paid for this thing and i can’t see it. I tried going to turn off war mode and came back and i still couldn’t see it. This is kind of frustrating because i want to craft something and need to charge cells…
Theres is like tons of threads with the same problem. And NOT A SINGLE ONE WAS ANSWERED BY SOMEONE IN BLIZZARD.
I can’t even imagine what would happen if this game were free to play. Thanks a lot blizz.
I saw the thread that said switch to warmode, when I did that and returned to Mechagon the charging station was visible. With warmode off it was invisible.
Same problem here, I didnt try the warmode thingy but it shouldnt be a thing in the first place.

Had this issue yesterday. Wasted 250 parts for nothing. Yay…
Still an issue for me, only I’m in WM and still can’t see it. Others around me are voicing their frustration as well. Blizzard, pls fix.
The last time that happened to me, I checked the custom group finder and joined a group where it was up.
Wake up blizz, more and more people having this problem…
