I cannot get 'Highway Robbery' quest (for trap rune)

This is extremely frustrating I have been afk parked on the location where the quest is supposed to start but there is no ! there is no way of clicking on anything on the camp – there’s literally nothing there logged out 2 days ago came back still not there. I search google absolutely no one else seems to be having this problem.

I was really enthusiastic about SoD phase 2 but have basically lost all interest now having played 30 mins on this sub and that seems like all I’m gonna get out of it.

It requires level 30, you’re 25.

Come back in 5 levels.

I swear I had a hunter that was 28 use a trap mid fight… but maybe he had placed it beforehand. Anyway thank you
