I cannot contribute wax to Middle the wax collector due to Blizzard long, unmoveable dialogue window issue

I cannot contribute wax to Middle the wax collector in Dungaraz because the dialogue window goes off screen!!! it is too far down and I cant access it! please fix this!

Try the MOVEANY addon you can resize and move any UI panel.
