I have gone through absolutely every step from the website in order to attach/reattach an authenticator to my account.
I am getting several “Oops, something went wrong” messages over and over again in the Battlenet app.
My account security page shows that the authenticator has been detached, but when I go to my app to attach it, it will not bring up a serial number. I either get an error page or a page with the Serial Number and Restore Code headings, but no numbers underneath them.
None of the articles I’ve found seem to address the specific problem I’m having. And yes, I did uninstall the app, restart my phone, and reinstall the app.
