I can not complete the quest "A Giant’s Feast " in Booty Bay due to a bug. Quest involves talking to Kelsey Yance to buy a quest item (Crate of Grade-E Meat) but he is bugged so I can not interact with him leaving me stuck. His Merchant Window will not pop up. Already Tried uninstalled addons, resetting my user interface (UI) to default settings and used /console cvar_default, but the problem still persists. Kelsey is the ONLY NPC I can not interact with. I can interact with all other NPCs (including other merchants) just fine.
