I am getting pretty tired of this. There are so many “fun” items that I would like to transmog, but can’t due to arbitrary restrictions including holiday items. Yet, I can pay for this silly inanity?
I guess WoW is “serious business” in both senses of the phrase now…
You know… this is actually a very good point.
While I personally would probably not use all of the crazy/silly items in the game for transmog, I don’t see a reason why all of these restrictions for transmog exist anymore. They lifted the legendary items restrictions and guess what… nothing bad happened. Some people use them and some don’t and life went on. Let people have their fun.
At the end of the day, we’re all playing this game for fun anyway. Lord knows I could use a chuckle from time to time seeing the crazy sets people would come up with with all of the silly items that exist.
Edit: It wouldn’t really be any different than the plethora of model changing toys that are just as ridiculous.
2 of my level 5 bank toon carry around what used to be a “White” bear bone from Winterspring bears as a weapon. It turned grey about a year ago deemed no longer a weapon but Blizz hasn’t removed it from my toons grasp! I love it!
It’s pretty obnoxious, really. So you’re telling me ANY class can wear a pair of pajamas to fight…but you’re going to restrict cross armor transmog? Like, if they actually followed their own rules I’d be 100% in agreeance with them…but stuff like this is just incredibly hypocritical.
Is World of Warcraft. Think they really trying to force it upon us now. Crafting War of the Entitled.
Just think we will all be part of the same faction one day. All doing dailies together in harmony.
