They literally dont though…and they werent even what I was mentioning. I said my haste tanked hard…making it very very noticeable. Im not trying to argue dude I just wanted to spotlight a problem in a game I was otherwise having fun in. But im not about to keep grinding and wasting time to get the opposite of a reward in a sea of other games
Don’t blame you at all this game is in a very sad state right now.
They make gearing take a long time because they don’t have a ton of content for you to do when you’re fully geared and a lot of it you have to have good rating or io to play it.
They took out the fun
I dont even care about it taking a while to get gear. It’s when I take that while to get said gear and it turns out being worse gear than when i started lol

I really recommend New World. People say it’s a dead game and I haven’t played it for months but when I do play it I really find it refreshing.
…i did mention haste dude. you really are reaching for an argument where there doesnt even need to be one. idk what to tell you. my most important stat dropped by 15% and verse by 5%. i have no idea what your problem is…i especiallly dont know where youre seeing my gear or even which character im talking about because the mentioned character isnt wearing any 203 gear

That Rogue has the belt, and has 2 tier pieces, and has recently started doing ZM quests. Yesterday, the belt was acquired, to be exact.

Oh I missed the earlier comment where you said you’re not a monk, but maybe you should edit the OP or an earlier comment to say what class you’re actually playing… Or just post the thread on the character you’re having issues with.
You have some problems my guy. But whatever i just made this whole post up to lie and argue with you. Almost everyone else has been helpful and nice but you just got an itch to fight. I’ll concede and admit I didn’t know the tier sets had predetermined stats. But i’m practically new to this and it doesn’t change my stance that it tacked on way too much time to a system that is convoluted and hidden amongst pages of wowhead.

Would be cool if you could see the stats you were going to get at the catalyst before you transform them, who wants to read ten pages to see that?
Read up prior dude…where I said I saw the stats and figured it would even out…again im practically new at this and im getting flamed for not knowing the ins and outs of new stuff.
Hi, I just came back for a month after 6-8 months off too. I have been having a similar experience and on the off chances anyone does actually look at these I’ll share my experience after being back for ~3 weeks.
I haven’t PVP’d since BFA when the invasions were a thing. I really enjoyed doing those, turning on warmode (I generally leave warmode off because in oceanic peak times alliance outnumber horde 10:1 and have full bonus buff increasing resoureces because they are grouped on NA - which is usually horde dominant) and knocking out the quests, getting the cache rewards etc.
I did an LFR kill of the the last boss the jailer for the ZM quest… didnt get loot. I have unlocked the catalyst but have not receiving any loot that is compatible with it. I don’t raid or M+. There seems to be a lot of systems or areas of the game I cant interact with unless I raid or M+ (like jailers gambit). ZM is ok but I am just uninvested in the story.
I have played wow for 15 years, I dont mean to discredit you but this is just hyperbole. I am sure, your character is still playable and from a min/max perspective you probably lost a few % in sims.
Wow itemisation is bad, cant disagree with you on that, especially stat weightings cant disagree.
Good plan, I’ll be unsubscribing from wow after this month too. I’ll likely do the next D3 season journey and keep playing SC2 CoOP.
If people are genuinely enjoying wow more power to them, I think wow has a very niche appeal to certain gamers. Right now wow is great for 1-2 million players. The game is just not suitable for a broader market than that though, they will be able to get an influx of players based of marketing effort and content releases but like us those players will also slip out as it becomes too much work and areas of the game locked behind a rigid social structure. Its the metaphoric “raid or die” you either drink the coolaid or move on the games design has not changed from that (as much as we want it to).
The only power you have is what you are doing, make a post on it (it wont be read by blizzard btw only other community members) and then quit. Blizzard is a company, subs get low enough they are forced to respond (like how covenant restrictions were finally removed). A lot of people suggest FF14, personally I find the art style and setting too unappealing. If there was a decent warhammer or Diablo game I would be engrossed in that… what wow used to be Orc centric misunderstood bada$$es.
Did read but obviously you didn’t. It gives you the stats you will get. You know what stats it is replacing. How much simpler do you need it?
…when you need a tier set…and dont know they have predetermined non rng stats most new players like myself assume it will balance out. im not in my stat screen counting out my haste verse mastery and crit and calculating percentages. but thanks
Why can’t conquest gear keep its stats when its converted? Why is tier only predetermined stats and why must it erase vers from vers gear
Pve tier enabled in pvp is bad design and not giving pvp gear its own tier was equally bad
It literally tells you exactly what they are before transformation. If you are that new to game, perhaps a little reading to catch up? Game won’t actually hold your hand much, ngl. Maybe it just isn’t for you?
