So I see the transmog for my weapon and I got the mount that came with the preorder but what about the Eternal Traveler’s effect and the Vestments of the Eternal Traveler transmog set?
Just fyi, i hope you didn’t buy the epic just for the mog. You can get the mog for free with just the basic package.
But, i’d restart your client and the mount should pop up. Or give it a few more minutes?
I think you missed the Open Ticket button in game.

Button is broken.
And also, it seems you need to interact with an item at the back of the mount to summon an NPC that will give a quest for the mog.

For the transmog summon the mount and click the orb just behind the saddle. That’ll summon the questgiver for the set. Takes a little work to finish it.
For the hearthstone check the toy box. There’s probably a gift there you haven’t opened yet.
