I heard there was a population problem of some races but now i noticed that Dwrafs aren’t very popular
i think they are awasome but seems like Blood elfs take over the Alliance too
it’s because it’s a lame race, no one asked for a stone dwarf race, but wanted other races, so this could be the least popular race in the game, there wasn’t exactly a crowd on my server node to unlock the race at the questgiver if that’s an indication, also doesn’t help everyone having 10,000 alts already, no one wants to level a new alt in the state of the game

who the hell wants to play it? I see them like the trolls and elves of WOW. They’re all the same except they have different skintones, racials, and customization. It just so happens that the racals for dwarven and their customization isn’t all that appealing that and nbody asked for it

I was thinking this the other day. Whenever I see a dwarf-shaped object it’s almost always a dwarf or dark iron dwarf.
It’s interesting, because honestly the earthen were more interesting and fleshed out than I expected them to be.

Dwarves are phenomenally popular at the high-end of the game where racials actually matter.
Blizzard keeps making the Dwarf racial package more and more powerful. I was content playing my Vulpera for a long time, but the Dwarf racials are just too strong to ignore, at this point.
Earthen are a waste of space.

I’ve seen more Earthen than I expected, but not a ridiculous amount.
I made one but ended up deleting it and will revisit later.
Their racials are in my opinion, the only racial that is actual a detriment to gameplay and I cannot abide. I will only be leveling one for the achievement and armor set.

Yeah, I see a few of them (Earthen, Dark Iron, and Dwarves) around. None as many as Draenei, Void Elves, or Night Elves, but enough of em.
Same thing as you, though. High Alliance population server.
God awful racial didn’t help on top of being another ugly af race with nothing really going for them
Blizzard really needs to stop lazily adding new races of recolored current races.

I see a handful a day, more than dark iron, about same as normal. If I’m running random dungeons feels like every other dungeon has one or two.
Them porcupine people are going to be next big hit. Holding them back when they need an increase in sales or to win back more subbers.
Honestly if you could apply the Dark Iron treatment to a tall race they would have an increase in numbers.

I have an Earthen of each available class for them at max level. They clearly aren’t the most popular, but I like them.
I have some Earthen myself and have seen them more frequently than I thought
I play a Void Elf on Alliance and I still see Void Elves far less than I see Dwarves. Legitimately. Probably has something to do with the fact Void Elves can’t be Paladins.
I agree Earthen are still pretty rare, but they’re brand new.

Not that racials are very gamebreaking anymore, but earthen have absolutely crap racials. That makes the only other appeal as a race cosmetic, of which they’re also crap; or being new/different which is the only thing going for them at the moment.
