Continuing the discussion from 20th Anniversary Update PTR Development Notes:
Just delete it. No one wants it and this is the worst form of passive energy you could ever give us. Raise the baseline energy regen and give us an actual capstone.
These were overall good changes. But i had just scrolled through mountains of Druid, Hunter, and Paladin (???) changes that could each very well have been their own blueposts. The rogue changes are dissapointing as half of them have been requested for years now and you include them as an afterthought upon realizing youd worked on nothing else for the patch.
Even the Soothing Darkness change feels backhanded. No more Shadow Dance heal… ok so now its essentially a 30% heal on a 2 min CD since Vanish would be the only way to trigger it in combat.
