I am struggling - big time

Hello - I’m trying, really I promise. I am reading, practicing, reading more… I am having a heck of a time with SL. In BFA my rogue was an alt, mostly as Sin with enough Outlaw to feel comfortable, both pvp & pve (mostly m+).

In SL - I am garbage. No other way to say it - complete total trash. My ilvl is still only 160-164 depending on spec. My overall dps after a dungeon is 1.2k-1.4k …it is awful.

I guess my question is for others sitting in similar ilvl (around 160) what are you typically seeing for your dps? On single target boss fights I’m around 2k (as Sin) but the moment that is over, I can’t even keep up with the tank in DPS.

I wanted to try SL with rogue as my main but this is incredibly frustrating.

Ah yes. Don’t play assassination. Problem fixed.

At present moment they all suck pretty hard assassination the most its bleeds and poisons are weak and most of the rogue utility is either not base-line or a PvP talent so you’d always have to be flagged to use it.

It’s the low ilvl and energy regen right now. It’s the beginning of the expansion. Things will get a lot better once you start to gear up.
