I am seriously out of here if you don’t fix the many tickets I have raised about random DCs in the game. I have given you my DxDiag and MSInfo files. I have followed all the steps you said to do short of reinstalling the game. I am not prepared to follow y our ethos of the user is at fault in relation to things that start to happen out of the blue. Voice Proxy has come up as a problem in the DCs. I have researched, I’ve done what you asked. My computer is a new one and I’m happy to go into problems my system may have, but there is no responsibility taken by YOU. This is not acceptable.

yup, I gave up on HC because I dced 2 characters over lvl 40 myself, Blizz wont do anything tho because any safe guard put in place will be abused by the players, so back to SoD and regular classic I went, too bad I liked HC 
Do you want them to send someone over to your house to look at your network or something?
