The TBC private servers have boosts too. Just as an FYI.

When you work with a kind of guy like him you make sure you bring him a Snickers everyday so when he eventually snaps he spares you

to be fair people like him typically are quiet and you don’t know what they’re really up to until they show up one day and- well, you know.

Bro bro, the ability to save life -or take it- isn’t power. It’s simply being human.

The fact you think it’s a ‘power’ thing let’s us all know how much you’ve fallen prey to the delusion expressed by those that attempt to control their fellow humans. You’ve bought into their lie, fully. How much you revere their ‘power,’ how dangerously blind you are to their tactics
it’s troubling. And that’s why everyone is pushing back against you.

If you meet one poo-dot person in a day, you met a poo-dot person. If everyone you meet is a poo-dot, you’re the poo-dot.

And eat your vegetables.

Man I been called a lot of things but never this.

I didn’t know how to say it in a forum friendly way :frowning:

I don’t even know man, is this written in english? Did you write this with the expectation that I would know what a poo-dot is?

“eat my vegetables” is this a meme among the youth i’ve not been exposed to?

The sense of personal responsibility I advocate for in the mmorpg consumer base isn’t different from that which I adhere to in my personal life. I am not some two-faced charlatan that belittles people for making poor choices based on impulsive desire for short term gain and enjoyment only to engage in the same behavior.

I eat my veggies tyvm and am a healthy weight!

If you want a definition for the word power i’ll paraphrase one for you, the ability for an individual or group to impact change. That’s it. That is what power is.

In an allegory you might relate to: When you complain to your parents about your allowance not being sufficient you are exerting a form of power to bring about change that you want.

Now then, what don’t you understand about paid services being bad for the game? You don’t think that the increase in paid services being offered by blizzard has anything to do with the decline in subscribers seen during the same time period?

maybe we’re thinking of two different things here

that’s not power though. you can ask for a million dollars allowance or a dollar a week increase and never get it. asking is not power. it’s bargaining. which is one of the stages of grief.

Ah, the good old Browns’ family van

It’s not the asking or bargaining that makes it power. It’s the end result and I think you’re missing the spirit of the analogy lol.

If you do something and it brings about change then you have exerted power. Period. Is that simple enough or will you do some more mental gymnastics to try and fox news the meaning of a word?
