I am Permanently Cursed!: Horrible!

I am not sure what happened. But I noticed after the I killed the World Boss today I was cursed.

At first I was not to concerned. I figured maybe I was cursed during the boss kill. That happens sometimes. I figured it would wear off.

Blizzard, it has not worn off! And I killed this boss hours ago. Yes, hours ago!

The curse is called the curse of the tides Decay and it is horrible. I get stacking debuffs that reduce my health. I get debuffs that damage me. I get a debuff that increases the chance I get hit by a critical strike. Geez, I die enough without all of these horrible debuffs. And worse of all, for a shammy, is I get a debuff that prevents me from bloodlust! And all of these various horrible debuffs occur at the same time!!!

I have relogged, I have waited, I have died, I have tried everything.

And I am still permanently cursed.

Blizzard, this hateful curse is a slap in the face to the players and must be a bug. Hotfix it immediately!

You looted a cursed item, as long as it is in your inventory you will gain these stacks. There’s an NPC in Nazjatar that will buy it for a decent sum.

Kids these days just picking up everything off the floor without even looking at it.

This curse killed me when I went afk while checking the Legion rogue board in old Dal. LAUGH IT UP.

Pay attention to what is happening to you, maybe you’ll figure it out.

Like… oh I don’t know, what you picked up in your inventory.

Say… something like:

“An animated skeletal hand. It can be sold to the right merchant for a hefty sum, but is certainly cursed.”

I’m a bit scared of how long it have taken me to figure out what was going on and what to do if I had just stuffed the coin away in the bottom of my bags instead of searching down what it was as soon as it dropped.

At first I thought I got it from trying to pass the wall of water in Nazjatar. I ignored it and in fact kept it for two days. Stupid to do in WM, but I was determined to grind out more Mechagon.

Got my measly 400 gold from the turtle under the bridge

I don’t mind the cursed loot though I didn’t like I had to wowhead the item to know where to take it. How TF am I gonna think to look for a tiny cave in a small pocket puddle!? Be neat if it gave off a pulsing trail.

That’s an insta-death in our home game. That’s how I lost my level 4 druid. Self-skewered by a harpoon. That I was loading myself.
