Each orb I collect increases my super and gives me Charged with Light. And that activates my Charged With Light mods. Things like Lucent Blade can be really powerful, especially with Falling Guillotine or Lament equipped. Or I can pick out something more neutral like High Energy Fire and just get a straight up damage buff. Also, Protective Light is nice for survivability.

Don’t know how orbs aren’t fun or engaging.
