Go back to Whitemane and do Naxx40. That’s the best version of WoW – says you – so stop cluttering up the forums and go do whatever it is you do on Whitemane (probably crying in chat channels).

I was just messin’ around but Ill use this opportunity to say that I would sign up for a 2019 launch day nochanges server in a heartbeat. No chronoboon + original pvp ranking system, etc.
Dual spec makes me sick. I hate it with a passion.

Im content with Era if they can stop borking the game up via the shared client and fixed all the intruding bugs. I got nothing against fresh servers but its not my thing.

I think if you really want Classic “fresh”, then it’s not a horrible idea to just roll on one of the lesser populated/dead realms like the Faerlina cluster, or check out Grobbulus. Or even just get a leveling crew/guild/community together on Whitemane.
It would be nice to have an actual #FewerChanges realm though, since even Era has more changes than one could reasonably call Vanilla.
i tried grobbulus it was completely dead i understand they have a nice lvl 60 scene. but that doesn’t help the low levels.
a fresh classic era server would have a lot of fresh-loving players and would make the leveling more fun.

whats not to like? I can pvp spec for pvp and dual spec for afking/netlfix raid nights.
You pve guys can still smash raids to your hearts content with dual spec

Well, yes. If you want to get people to play with on those servers, it’s going to be some groundwork, and even ongoing, continuous effort to grow a community.
I understand that not everyone wants to have anything to do with those sorts of things, but that’s the heart and soul of any group play, and pretty much everything that anyone points to and says, “That’s my definition of Retail,” is the removal/automation of such things.

We here on Grobbulus are not dead. We’re very much alive and kicking. There’s just not many of us… and we rather like it that way 
Leveling can defintiely be sparse but there are a few people leveling up to join our raid team. There’s also some folks who have been leveling alts. If you’re on Alliance and you need a hand with something, most folks are happy to help when time permits.

We wouldn’t need a new fresh if we would just get what thousands of us have wanted and played over the course of 2 decades have. An unchanged realm with other than the major ones that were caused by the playerbase forcing your hand to create such things like layering, chronoboons etc. There’s a huge loyal playerbase who will always play vanilla on repeat.
It’s not about the having the flexibility of going pvp/pve spec. everyone on the forums thinks we don’t absolutely want it. That’s not the case, it can be good but only if you have to go to your trainer to activate your other spec. It’s really that simple.
Dual spec is a solid addition to the game.

Please get away from these forums if you’re afraid of topics being brought up and havign your goal as steering someone away from using them as they were intended to be used. They are here for this reason, Eyr has every right to make a post on a topic as anyone else. If you don’t like it don’t manually use your hand and click on the forum topic to post in here. Nobody is forcing you to read this or comment and having an open discussion about something someone is passionate about is perfectly fine.
The only thing that is different with Grob is the fact that xfers aren’t blocked like deviate is if I’m not mistaken making Deviate the place to be right now for anyone wanting the as close to fresh vanilla experience server we have.
I disagree. I think it has benefits yes, but the way it is in the game right now is wrong imo.
