This might be a dumb question but I am trying to get to the Proto-flight quest. You have to meet Majordomo Selistra at Flashfrost Enclave. I can’t seem to find it. The quest marker is in Thaldraszus but I can’t seem to get to it.

The Dragon Flight quest? You’ll have to go near the entrance to where you first confront the Primalists, that fiery lava place.
Selistra will transport to where you need to go once you talk to them.

this is wrong, had same issue. One you mention is earlier in questline. @ [Domica] it is just behind ruby lifepools (bottom right of the waking shores) ~(53, 80)

Ohh, that would do it! I was thinking they were going to the place where they start Dragon Flying instead of when they were already there…

I’m here on my 62 Dracthyr and I can’t find Selistra ANYWHERE… 
I’ve looked all around here and I don’t see anywhere to turn it in. Any help will be appreciated

I cannot find Selistra anywhere!! Im lvl 65 and he’s not appearing. wtf

I hope most of you know by now, if not, I am new to the game, not even 5 days playing, and I ran across a resource that answers this.
You MUST complete the saving the EGGs mission before the NPC shows up at the indicated spot.
No eggs saved = no NPC.
