I am getting benefits from Talents which I do not have

I do not have Flashpoint on my Warlock, yet I am sometimes getting the “Flashpoint” buff.

Further more, it happens when I am fighting mobs which are not above 80% health.

Also, this should not be happening.

Buff spell ID is 387263

Confirm your Flashpoint buff is not from Hellcaller Hero Talent “Seeds of Their Demise”.

Is this new? I’ve never had this happen before. I’m going to assume the talent was either bugged and not activating or this is a buff to warlocks which is an odd decision.

Nope. Added with TWW launch and has remained unchanged.
