I thought changing your talents in WOW seasons was free? Also, i thought a lot of the quests- for example The messenger questline that has a dumb non-sensical respawn time for the npc would be fixed? Why not small changes to classes like druid or paladin ? It really seems like same old classic with a buff in the top right. Very disappointed.

Yeah I don’t know what you expect tbh. They said its just a fresh server with increased quest xp rates and a faster release schedule.

They never said anything about it, I meant that some extra effort would have gone a long ways is all. As far as the talent points go , I read somewhere that it would be a capped price or free to talent swap. Oh well, i see why no changes get made, first time posting on the forum and nobody has anything to say about wanting something different for classic. Its a shame. This guy respawns in like 60 seconds after he’s killed, and he respawns in the same spot every time. Unless you have a ton of HC people who cannot group up and share it, this one is easy peasy.
There’s one in the Wetlands I just did tonight for a wand upgrade…Ormer’s Revenge (the named raptor, Sarltooth).
OMG that respawn was painful. Like 10 minutes between spawns even though the entire subzone was popping so hard that the quest mobs were on hyperspawn. You couldn’t kill one before the next one popped up right in its place b/c there were so many people killing them…but the named guy at the top of the hill? 10 minutes. I kept praying we wouldn’t get an HC person up there to tag it from our 5-man formed of random strangers who all ended up waiting for the same spawn.
It was utterly ridiculous.
I dont remember reading anything about free but it was also my understanding that talent respecs would be friendlier in SoM.
