Why are you playing this game then.
But it goes to show that with enough player skill, gear is more or less irrelevant.
Getting better at your class will increase your DPS more than gear will almost 100 percent of the time.
Yes and many many MANY hours and anything else WF raiders have over the rest of us.
But I would encourage you to take off any epics you have and get some blues and then justā¦ Go ham in PvP or Mythic raid if thatās your fancy. You can record it and if its successful Iām sure a lot of people would be impressed, but some players like a balance between gear and skill.

We have the balance, people have just been using gear as a crutch.
With enough determination and skill you can you can down bosses in M0 gear. Itās time to git gud.
Or Blizz can bump up the gear drops. Or players can give up. Itās not just one or the other. Thatās why some players are giving their feedback asking for them to increase it.
Let me know how it goes in those blues though.

I donāt have to, I donāt think gear is holding me back from anything. Loot is fine.
I find that a little hard to believe because there is bad luck protection. If you have the highest bad luck protection in your group you will most of the time get an item.
Based on your theory, if youāre wearing any heroic gear or anything high ilvlā¦ Youāre using a crutch and thatās just not right. Itās the skill, remember? So get on it and show me Iām just a noob, and Iāll still ask blizz to increase the gear drops, but you can vendor any upgrades you get if they do increase it, okay?
I donāt have the skill lmao, Iām an LFR hero. I fully understand that my shortcomings are not gear related and solely fall on me.
A good player on the worst class in M0 gear will outdps me in +15 gear all day on the best class and thatās fine.
If you think gear is the reason youāre not killing bosses, youāre wrong. Thereās always ways to optimize your damage output solely through your rotation and uptime.
Orā¦ they can leave the gear drops how they are because itās completely fine. 
There is nothing wrong with the current gear system. If you donāt like it, then leave. You should not continue to play something that you do not enjoy simply because you lack the ability or drive to put more than 10% effort to receive rewards.

I got 2 drops in 2 runs but neither were an upgrade. 197 cloak and 194 boots :(. Already have a 200 cloak and 213 boots
I canāt even get into a pug mythic run cause Iām not a mongo melee class.

I am killing bosses. I dont want to be PuGging to farm BiS trinkets or maybe a ring when I move on to the next difficulty. If your ceiling is LFR then yeahā¦ Extending the crap out of LFR is perfect for you.

There is no need to be rude just because you disagree with how youāre supposedly being treated.
Youāre playing a Shadow priest which heavily out-performs most if-not all melee classes currently besides Rogue possibly. Iām failing to see your reason for being upset?
