I am ashamed

I bought a few name changes awhile ago to fix a couple of toons I have with alts characters in their names(10+ year old toons)

I just can’t think of anything for a warrior or druid

Is having alt characters really that bad? You can ctrl+c in game if needed

Two things:

1.) Why did you post this here?

2.) 20 Years of Warcraft, you kinda have to get creative with names. Especially if you want popular names or names that are found in different media.

I just randomize all my char names (except my DH, that one’s for fun)

I do too, and then prefix the results with either Hir or Bel.

Beldiin was my first toon, Hirav was later, it’s a random name.

u can right click and hit copy character name…

no one cares

this looks some gen discussion bs or better yet some dear diary bs

Deardiary might not be taken.

How about Deardiahea

“Deardiahea-MoonGuard” has a ring to it

Is that why you have a troll name on your Tauren Druid?

Meleemonkeys was already taken(by me) :sob:

I’m not putting diarrhea in my name…thats ugly

How about sixohamatoxonhpriest

Yeah! It was a troll at first because berserking was like a 5% dps increase in pve before nerfs, but I rerolled to tauren for warstomp and bonus stam in pvp! How’d you know?!

(Well actually he was a zandalari troll after regular troll because they’re the coolest, but then I started seriously pvping in slands and it was a fairly big difference).

Random Troll names typical have “Jin” in their names

Tauren names are usually like Indian/cow combo like “nighthoof” or something.

I usually just hit the random name generator, except for an alt paladin and a shaman. I discovered “Excalibur” wasn’t taken, and immediately made a paladin with that name. The shaman’s name is “Watts”, for obvious reasons.

Makes sense! I know the different races all have some rules regarding their naming conventions and end up being pretty similar.

One of my NE druids is “Falstann” and there’s a lore NE character named “Valstann”. Another one is “kaldorias” and NE are the kaldorei elves. I wonder what the bot rules actually are for generating the names.

I came up with this name when I was like 11 years old (albeit, just “Zerve”) and it’s usually taken for some reason so I have to add letters onto it. There’s no meaning behind it, my 11 year old brain just thought Z words sounded cool

I named my first character Bertimus in 2007 when I was 17, because Bert is a family name and I felt like adding the ‘imus’ after it made it a clever lotr/fantasy rendition of it. I’d kinda gotten tired of it over time so I did the same thing. Gave the OG name back to my shaman and decided to go full dragon pirate on the hunter.
